Welcome to Mobilehub4u (“we” and “us”, as the case may be) provides the Service (as defined below) to you, subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”), which may be updated by us in our sole discretion from time to time without notice to you. You agree that your continued use of the Service after such update will constitute your acceptance of this agreement to be bound by the updated TOS. In addition, when using particular Mobilehub4u owned or operated services, you and Mobilehub4u shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS. In most cases the guidelines and rules are specific to a particular part of the Service and will assist you in applying the TOS to that part, but to the extent of any inconsistency between the TOS and any guideline or rule, the TOS will prevail.
Mobilehub4u is a high quality entertainment content. After a subscription, users can enjoy rich games, apps, videos, astro and IQ games. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.
If you violate our Terms of Service, Mobilehub4u may issue you a warning regarding the violation, or, in Mobilehub4u sole discretion, immediately terminate any and all Accounts that you have established with the company. You acknowledge that Mobilehub4u is not required to provide you notice before terminating your account. Mobilehub4u PRIVACY POLICY Registration Data and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy which is incorporated by reference into and made a part of this TOS. By giving or making available the Registration Data and such other information about yourself to us, you agree and acknowledge that we may use or release such information to third parties as specified in the Privacy Policy, and that you give consent to such use or disclosure. You further agree that providing us with your Registration Data and/or using the Service, you expressly request to receive and consent to receiving communications and materials from Healthy Life from time to time. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the link and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Healthy Life of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Healthy Life cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
Subscription service costs €5.00 per week. Charges will be made to your mobile bill or deducted from your prepaid account. Carrier fees or data charges may apply. CONTENT ACCESS After subscribing for 2.5 EUR x 3 SMS per week to our service you can access game portal. Charges will be made to your mobile bill or deducted from your prepaid account.
